One of the fashionable topics in everything that has to do with the development of technological solutions (whether web or not) is that any company comes to you saying that "we are experts in UX." Where UX refers to user experience. It is something that we are often told this way, using that English pseudo-acronym directly. It is used mostly with a certain frivolity by those who dedicate themselves to web design, and sometimes those who are dedicated to the design of software interfaces in general. However, it is not correct that a good interaction design and a good user experience are synonymous. User experience is much more than just interaction design. Interaction design refers to the interaction between users and products, which are often software products such as apps and websites. It deals with trying to create products that allow the user to achieve their goal as quickly and easily as possible. User experience, on the other hand, is much more than just that, but also includes other areas such as user research, creating user personas (situations where users will want to use the product), user testing and usability testing, and much more.
